When reviewing a video recording of a call or meeting, you can now expand the video to view it in a distraction-free, full-screen mode or collapse it to focus on other features like the transcript.
Until today, the video itself took up only a small portion of the recording review screen and could not be expanded. As a result, customers had a hard time seeing the details within a video. This could be especially painful for sales teams trying to reflect on shared slides or service teams continuing to diagnose customer issues from a recorded screen share.
The wealth of information on the recording review screen, including the transcript, notes, comments, and tracked terms, also made it difficult for people who wanted to focus solely on the video.
This new, highly requested feature will enable you to focus on the video aspect of the recording while ensuring they don't miss any details shared during the call.
Navigate to Contacts > Calls and select a recording that includes a video. On either the recording review screen or preview sidebar, hover over the video and click the gray arrows to the right of the video to enter full-screen mode or collapse the video as needed.
