[Now Live] Data Sync Now Supports Multi-Account Sync

What is it?

Data sync integrations now support multi-account-syncing. In other words, you can now sync two instances of the same third-party app with HubSpot.

 

For example, if you're managing two Microsoft Dynamics accounts, you can now connect and sync data from both accounts with HubSpot.

 

Why does it matter?

As your business grows, your software stack grows with it. In certain circumstances, you might even adopt two instances of the same software app: two CRM instances for unique business lines or geographies, two email marketing instances for separate clients, two accounting software instances for testing purposes, or something else. It's important that all your apps stay connected, so your team stays aligned and efficient as you scale.

 

With this update, the 60+ HubSpot integrations powered by data sync now support multi-account syncing. so your HubSpot database will always stay comprehensive and up-to-date.

 

How does it work?

To connect an additional 3rd party app account:

 

1. Navigate to Settings -> Integrations -> Connected apps -> select your desired app

2. Find your account panel

3. Click Actions and Connect another app account

4. Once you've connected a new account, you'll be guided through the sync setup steps.

5. You can now switch between your accounts to manage your setup connections.

 

Multi-account support is now available in all integrations powered by data sync.
