[Now Live] Custom Surveys

What is it?

We've built Custom Surveys, so you can solicit the feedback you need for your unique product or service and deepen your customer relationships.

Now you can add unlimited questions, use diverse question types (star ratings, radio select, text fields), and easily share your survey with a link in an email.


Why does it matter?

In the past, we only offered industry standard feedback survey types such as CSAT, CES, and NPS surveys that had limited customizations. With custom surveys, you will now be able to personalize the survey questions to suit your unique business needs and get more meaningful feedback from your customers.


How does it work?

  1. While creating a feedback survey, select "Custom survey" when prompted to choose the survey type.
  2. Choose to deliver your survey by email or by a shareable link.
  3. Build your custom survey by selecting from a variety of question types such as number ratings, sentiment, radio buttons, checkboxes, dropdown, single-line text, multi-line text, and date.
  4. Create a new property or choose an existing property for each survey question. These properties will allow you to aggregate data by question type across multiple surveys. (For example, if you send out a survey every month to your customers, you can easily analyze how responses change over time).
