[Live] A new experience for finding records in the HubSpot Android app

What is it?

We've completely redesigned and rebuilt the index screens for contacts, companies, deals, and tickets in the HubSpot Android app, adding support for saved views, quick filters, and ascending/descending sorting.

Why does it matter?

Working with records is a fundamental part of the CRM on mobile, but it's been an ongoing challenge for our customers with large numbers of records to quickly find what they are looking for. With this update, we've made these screens much more powerful and easier to use.

How does it work?

Firstly, simply access your contacts, companies, deals, or tickets in the menu as before.

To add the newly added saved views, click on "Add Views" and choose up to five saved views to display. Once applied, these saved views will be displayed as tabs on your screen. Simply swipe to the view of your choice and select it to switch to it.

With the new quick filters, you can further refine the records you're seeing in your view. These filters are displayed as pills underneath your saved views tabs. When a quick filter is active, it is highlighted in blue. To reset your quick filters, tap "Reset" at the end of the row of pills. This reset button is only visible when you have quick filters applied.

Lastly, you can also change your sorting, including arrows indicating direction (ascending/descending). To change your sorting, tap on "Sorted by [...]" under the record count to change it to a different property, and tap "Apply" when you’re done.

Who gets it?

This update is available now to anyone who has the HubSpot mobile app installed on their Android device.
