Featured Update of the Month
Data Model Visualization
Whether you're just getting started with the HubSpot CRM, migrating from another CRM, or revisiting your data model after some time, mapping your business to the HubSpot data model can be daunting. Without a holistic view of HubSpot data concepts and terminology, it's easy to lose track of how objects are connected and where data is stored. These barriers can slow down your implementation and create cracks in your data foundation that can lead to data quality issues over the long term.
The data model overview helps you to get up to speed on essential HubSpot CRM concepts and terminology—all in one place. That way, you can set up your data model quickly and correctly, ensuring a solid foundation for data quality as you scale. If you're an Enterprise customer, you can also take advantage of the new easy-to-use custom object builder to create custom objects and see them appear, in real time, in the data model overview.
You can learn more about creating, editing and managing custom objects in the UI inthis knowledge base article.

Owners will now sync in data sync apps
We're adding a new default mapping to several data sync apps to allow keeping record owners in sync. Data sync is the native way of syncing HubSpot with your third-party apps.
*Owners is a part of the default mapping for around 50 data sync apps, and it is being gradually rolled out over these apps in the next few days.
Sync Complete Notifications
Sync Complete Notifications gives more direct feedback about a data syncconnection that has been setup.
There are two main stages to a data sync:
Initial sync: Right after turning on a new data sync, we'll update your records between the two systems that match the sync rules.
Continual sync: After the initial sync and as long as sync is ON, we'll check for updates every 5-10 minutes.
For large databases, the first initial sync could take several hours! From now on, we will send out a notification when that initial sync has completed - in other words, when the sync moves into a continual sync.
*available to all hubs & tiers
Form Submissions Email Notification Changes
We are introducing an update to who can be added to the Form submissions email notification recipient list.
In July 2022, we released a change that prevented users from adding non-user email addresses to the Form submissions email notification recipient list, and as of July 12th, 2022, Non-HubSpot users who were not added as a user stopped receiving form submissions notifications.
As a continuation of that change, we are sunsetting support for sending form submission email notifications to unverified HubSpot email addresses too.
“Unverified users” refers to users who have not finished setting up their HubSpot user account.
This change will be applicable across HubSpot products where form submission notifications could be set up such as regular HubSpot forms, Non-HubSpot/Collected forms, Ads Lead Syncing, and CMS Forms.
*All HubSpot portals that have form submissions notifications setup that includes one or more email addresses that belong to either a Non-HubSpot user or an unverified user will be impacted
