[In Beta] HubSpot Calling API (featuring Aircall)

What is it?

HubSpot’s new Calling API is now in beta and available to Sales Hub Enterprise and Service Hub Enterprise customers. The Calling API gives advanced teams the flexibility to use third-party telephony providers in lieu of HubSpot’s native calling feature.


How does it work?

Aircall is the first HubSpot Connect Partner to leverage the new Calling API. Effective today, Sales Hub Enterprise and Service Hub Enterprise users have the option to use Aircall directly from the HubSpot communicator:



Why does it matter?

In some cases, third-party providers, like Aircall, are able to provide sophisticated teams with the advanced functionality and flexibility that they need. For this reason, HubSpot has decided to invest in making it even easier for partners like Aircall to build more streamlined solutions for HubSpot customers.


Who gets it?

This feature is currently in beta and available to Sales Hub Enterprise and/or Service Hub Enterprise customers with an Aircall subscription.
