We’ve made significant improvements to the way Gmail and Office 365 integrate with HubSpot. This new, two-way integration means that any email you send through the CRM will appear in the sent folder of your inbox. Any replies to that email will also be logged in the CRM:
This update brings even more transparency to the CRM, providing your team with the full picture—the entire experience—of each and every contact.
If you’re not already seeing email replies tracked in the CRM, simply navigate to Settings > Gmail and Outlook, and re-connect your Gmail or Outlook account.
