Content creators can now easily generate an email subject line for their campaign, complimenting the ability to generate and edit email copy within the Email Editor. Powered by email insights and best practices from HubSpot, the Subject Line Generator will read the content of your marketing email, and generate three subject lines accordingly. You will not need to prompt the tool, instead you can generate subject lines on the click of a button.

A new content idea generation tool for blog designed to bust blank page syndrome and help you with blogging. Powered by ChatGPT and keyword data from Semrush, this tool makes it easy to generate blog post topics, suggested post titles, descriptions, and outlines. Simply enter a description of a broad topic you are interested in getting more ideas about, and HubSpot will provide more specific ideas that may resonate with your audience. We will score topics for how easy they are to rank for and how popular they are on Google search to help you maximize results.
AI-Powered Content Ideas for Blog with Semrush Data is currently in Public Beta and is available to all Free+ customers.
AI Content Assistant: One Click Title and Meta Description Generation for Pages and Blog
We added new content assistant functionality to the settings field in website pages, landing pages, and blog to allow you to click on a button and generate SEO-friendly titles or meta descriptions. The feature analyzes your page’s content and uses AI to generate compelling titles and meta descriptions that accurately represent the page’s content.
This feature is currently in Public Beta and is available to all Free+ customers.

This feature is currently in Private Beta and will be available to all Marketing and CMS Pro+ customers.

Prospecting Workspace
We are building a dedicated workspace for sales reps that consolidates the entire prospecting experience in HubSpot. This workspace will help reps organize their day efficiently, keep them focused on their daily activities, surface new or urgent activities requiring their attention, and tie everything they do to their big picture goals without ever having to switch between apps.
Prospecting Workspace is currently in Public Beta and is available to all Sales Hub Pro+ customers.
We are adding a new leads “object” to HubSpot that’s embedded into the prospecting workspace. Users can now create leads from contacts like they can with deals. No more hassle assigning leads to reps and no busy work.
Lead Management is currently in Public Beta and is available to all Sales Hub Pro+ customers.
Sequence Outcome Reporting
Two new metrics will be added to Sequences for Sales Hub Enterprise customers:
Deal Rate - the percentage of contacts enrolled in a sequence that resulted in a deal being created
Total Revenue - the amount of revenue from closed won deals influenced by the sequence
Sequence Outcome Reporting is currently in Public Beta and is available to all Sales Hub Enterprise customers.
Lead Funnel Report
Demystify the road from lead gen to revenue and rally your marketing and sales teams around clear goals and insights.
Lead contact rate report: Uncover how reps are engaging with your quality leads and why they convert.
Lead source report: See how your inbound, sales, or your product-qualified lead sources perform and contribute to high-value leads.
Lead Funnel Report is currently in Public Beta and is available to all Sales Hub Pro+ customers.
Prospecting Activities Report
This out-of-the-box report gives sales managers insight into their teams’ and reps’ activities. Prospecting activities help you assess the effectiveness of your sales processes, resource allocation, and team performance.
Analyze the performance of various activities during the Prospecting process, like:
Booking meetings
Enrolling contacts in sequences
Making calls
Completing tasks
Prospecting Activities Report is currently live and is available to all Sales Hub Pro+ customers.
Sales Velocity Reporting
The sales velocity report provides comprehensive insights into the performance and effectiveness of a sales team. This report examines key metrics such as the number of leads generated, conversion rates, and the time it takes to close deals.
Sales Velocity Reporting is currently in Public Beta and is available to all Sales Hub Pro+ customers.
Salesforce Activity Sync
Sync Salesforce activities into HubSpot, so you can analyze your calls, meetings, tasks, and more in Sales Hub, no matter where they originated.
Salesforce Activity Sync is currently in Private Beta and will be available to all Pro+ customers.
Sync Data Between HubSpot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
HubSpot’s LinkedIn Sales Navigator integration is getting a major improvement with the ability to sync data two ways between the two platforms. This enables more automated insights and deeper reporting capabilities — a major improvement over the existing Sales Navigator integration. Note that HubSpot will be one of the first sales software platforms to have access to the integration.
This feature is currently in Private Beta and will be available to all Sales Hub Pro+ customers.

Forecast Insights
See how your revenue is trending against your sales targets for the month, quarter, and/or year. The new embedded forecast insights data makes it easier to monitor how the forecast and pipeline are trending throughout the quarter.
Forecast Insights is currently live and is available to all Sales Hub Pro+ customers.
Measure the reliability of your forecasts and the effectiveness of your forecasting process with forecast accuracy tracking.
Forecast Accuracy Tracking is currently in Public Beta and is available to all Sales Hub Pro+ customers.
AI Forecasting
Pressure test the forecast rolled up from the team against HubSpot’s new AI-powered forecast, which uses historical sales to project future sales.
Forecast Assistant is currently in Private Beta and will be available to all Sales Hub Pro+ customers.
Forecast Across All Pipelines
You can now manage goals and forecasts across all your pipelines.
Forecast Across All Pipelines is currently live and is available to all Sales Hub Pro+ customers.
Deal Inspection View
You can now see insights on pipeline health and sales velocity when managing Deals. With these new insights, sales reps can prioritize more easily, and managers can coach more effectively.
Make sure you set aside time on a weekly basis to regularly review these insights as they’ll give you an “at a glance” view of the health of your sales pipeline and sales process.
Deal Inspection View is currently live and is available to all Sales Hub Pro+ customers.
We made significant changes to our funnel reporting.

‘All stages in order’ funnels got updated with skips, conversions, time in stage. You have 2 visualization choices - Sankey & Funnel and can edit this report in Journeys. Customization is available only for Enterprise.
Deal Funnel Report is currently in Public Beta and is available to all Sales Hub Pro+ customers.
Deal Journey Analytics
Customer Journey Analytics now includes the ability to build journeys based on deals, exclusive to Sales Hub Enterprise.
Deal Journey Analytics is currently live and is available to all Sales Hub Enterprise customers.
You can now create colored deal tags, making it easier for sales reps to visually scan the board view and know which deals to prioritize.
Super admins can create up to ten (10) deal tags, each based on a set of conditions. Deal tags will appear on board cards when those conditions are met.

AI has now arrived to the HubSpot mobile app and it’s here to change the way our customers are going to work on mobile!
iPhone users can now boost their communications efficiency when prospecting or selling on-the-go by leveraging AI to help them compose emails easier and faster.
Content Assistant on Mobile is currently in Public Beta and is available to all Free+ customers.
The QR code scanner enables salespeople to quickly create and save new contacts in their CRM through a simple two-step process by easily reading a QR code.
Scanning QR codes complements HubSpot’s mobile app business card scanning offering when meeting in-person prospects and leads at events, such as, conventions, conferences or trade shows.
QR Code Scanner is currently live and is available to all Free+ customers.
Service Hub
Conversation Summary
Introducing AI-generated conversation summary in the Inbox.
Conversations across all channels in active threads can now be summarized in the comment section. This feature creates a conversation summary so any inbox user can quickly get the context of a conversation without reading every message.
Conversation Summary is currently in Public Beta and is available to all Free+ customers.
Content Assistant in Inbox
With content assistant, you can do everything from generating responses to customer inquiries to editing existing or generated text by opting to rewrite, shorten, expand, or change the tone of the text they select.

Sales Hub + Service Hub
A/B Testing in Sequences
For any email step, split sends 50/50 to experiment with different templates. Report on performance for both to quickly make decisions and optimize outreach.

Sequence Step Analytics
With step-level analytics, you can report on every single step in your sequence to understand how reps are executing the steps and how they are converting into meetings booked.
Sequence Step Analytics is currently live and is available to all Sales and Service Hub Pro+ customers.
Allow reps to book meetings on behalf of other reps and provide round robin routing functionality right on the contact record to efficiently book a meeting for the rep that is next up in the rotation. Give credit to both the person booking the meeting and the person hosting the meeting.
This feature is currently live and is available to all Sales and Service Hub Pro+ customers.
Create conditional redirect rules within HubSpot Forms to automatically qualify and route your leads to the right rep. For each form submission, users can have conditional logic set to change what thank you message, URL, or meeting scheduling page appears, based on the form response. This will allow marketing and sales teams to automate their own rules for qualification.
This feature is currently in Public Beta and is available to all Sales and Service Hub Enterprise customers.
HubSpot Embed for Salesforce
Create great connections with your prospects and customers with Sales Hub, no matter which CRM your team uses.
Enroll contacts into HubSpot Sequences and create meetings directly from Salesforce records, so reps can spend less time clicking between tabs and more time connecting with customers..
This feature is currently live and is available to all Sales and Service Hub Pro+ customers.
Advanced Playbook Recommendations
Recommend playbooks using any property in any object (including custom properties and properties in custom objects).
This feature is currently live and is available to all Sales and Service Hub Pro+ customers.
Introducing snippets support in playbook note fields. Now, you can save commonly used phrases as snippets and reuse them in playbook notes with ease. Plus, you can format your notes using rich text editing tools.

Playbooks on Custom Object Records
You can now access playbooks directly from custom object record pages.

You can now add and edit descriptions on Reports, with the added benefit of helpful AI to make the process quick and easy.

AI Generated Reports
You can now use Generative AI in HubSpot to create reports with just a simple question. AI Generated reports make it simple to building the perfect report to answer business questions.
This feature is currently in Private Beta and will be available to all Free+ customers.
AI Generated Workflow Descriptions
Customers often struggle to know at a glance why a workflow was created and what it’s meant to do. It’s especially difficult (and scary!) when there is a high number of workflows or workflow users in a portal.
With generative AI, customers no longer have to spend time summarizing their workflows. They can simply generate a brief description and then edit or re-generate a new one.
This feature is currently in Private Beta and will be available to all Pro+ customers with Workflow plans.

Invoices
HubSpot payments merchants can now create native invoices. Invoices can be created from Contacts, Companies, Deals, or Quotes (and will pull in associated object information) to speed up their sales process and reduce the risk of human error.
HubSpot invoices are payable via HubSpot payments and the Stripe payment processing integration (both ACH and Credit Card), but can also be marked as paid manually if payment is received outside of HubSpot payments (e.g. wire transfer, check, PayPal, etc).
Invoices is currently live and is available to all Free+ customers.

Commerce Hub now offers flexible payment processing, allowing you to seamlessly and quickly collect money from your customers on invoices, payment links or quotes within the HubSpot CRM by using your existing Stripe log in.

CRM Data Components and Action Extensibility
Build custom cards on CRM record pages with CRM data components to easily visualize and action your HubSpot data. Available components include association table, property list, report, and stage tracker. Take it a step further with action extensibility by triggering actions from custom cards including external web links, HubSpot-defined actions, and custom actions.
This feature is currently in Public Beta and is available to all Sales and Service Hub Enterprise customers.
CRM Record Page Editor
Boost rep productivity by customizing the record page view by team using the CRM record page editor.
This feature is currently in Public Beta and is available to all Free+ customers.

Provide admins with the ability to conditionally define what properties should display and be required based on the value of an additional property. These rules will be triggered when users make edits throughout the HubSpot CRM to contacts, companies, deals, tickets, and custom objects.

Advanced Formula Editor for Calculated Properties
The advanced formula editor for calculated properties is a powerful tool that allows you to take your data and turn it into vital business context with ease. You can now create custom calculations to suit your specific business needs.
This feature is currently live and is available to all Pro+ customers.
Centralized Audit Log of User Actions - Public API
This new API exposes centralized audit log information of user actions so that once implemented, the API can extract historical data of actions taken by users across the account.
This feature is currently in Public Beta and is available to all Enterprise customers.
