In March 2018, we will stop sending the weekly/monthly portal summary emails out to HubSpot users. These emails are currently controlled within the Notifications Center.
Why we’re removing it A lot has been changing to how you share reports within HubSpot. This is all done to give you greater flexibility and control over your reporting. One of the big wins has been the ability to include any report on your portal dashboards. In addition to the canned marketing and sales reports, you can now include the Sources report or a Campaigns report on your dashboards as well. The recurring dashboard email lets you take advantage of these changes, and gives you more flexibility over the content and frequency of your notification emails so you can decide precisely which reports are shared with your team. This email is effectively replacing the weekly/monthly email.
Next Steps Starting today, you will begin to see the following banner within your weekly/monthly portal notification emails.
