With this update, you now have the ability to deepen the insights you gather from Customer Feedback by filtering results by contact properties.

Old customers vs. new customers. in order to grow better, you need flexibility to see the differences in how these customer groups are experiencing your product or service. Now, with filtering in Feedback, you and your teams can easily understand how different cohorts of customers feel and gain deeper insights into their customer experience.
Want to try it out? Head to Customer Feedback in Service Hub. Add a filter to the Feedback dashboard to display results and responses from your customers who meet that criteria.
This update is now live and available to all Service Hub Professional and Enterprise users. The feature is also available in all languages supported by HubSpot.
