Leads are crucial for your business. Without leads there are no deals to close. But we rely on different conversion points -- such as forms -- to generate those leads. Technical issues can come-up that affect forms loading, or a visitor may have an ad blocker installed that interupts the form.
With HubSpot when we detect an ad blocker or problem with the form loading we will display a link so your visitor doesn't have an incomplete experience -- and you can still collect leads. Here's what this would look like on HubSpot's free trial page.
This "form fallback" applies to any forms on HubSpot-hosted content, and also HubSpot forms embedded elsewhere. The fallback form is loaded from a HubSpot-hosted domain to ensure that it's not blocked by any ad blockers, or any other resources conflict with it. Once a visitor fills in the form that visitor and the respective information will be seamlessly connected to your HubSpot account.
