Build More Reports with Clearer and More Robust Report Limits (May 19 Update)

Reporting is your company’s compass; it helps you determine what’s working and what’s not, so you can optimize marketing, sales, and service activities.

To get the right insights to steer your business, you need a reporting tool that grows with you.

Today — May 19, 2020 — we're introducing several updates to make your HubSpot reporting limits clearer and more robust.

Here's what you can expect to see:

  1. More dashboards, period
You asked. We listened. Dashboards are the best way to share information with your team, and to show off your success to management. The only limit to your dashboards should be your imagination --- not your HubSpot cap. With today's change, if you're a Starter, Professional, or Enterprise customer, you can now build more than twice as many dashboards in HubSpot.

    • Starter: 10 (previously 3)

    • Professional: 25 (previously 5)

    • Enterprise: 50 (previously 25)

  2. More flexible and consistent dashboards
In the past, you've had two different types of dashboards in HubSpot: "standard" and "custom." Your feedback over time has been clear: that's super confusing. With today's change, there's no longer a distinction between standard and custom dashboards. All dashboards now include the same functionality, including renaming, permissioning, and deleting (features that were previously limited to "custom" dashboards).

  3. More robust dashboards in Professional
Over time, it's become clear that the reporting limits of our Professional tiers didn't align with the scale and sophistication of our Professional customers. With today's update, if you're on a Professional account, you can now add twenty reports to a dashboard (previously ten). As an added bonus, you can now create up to 100 custom reports (previously twenty).

  4. An even better Reporting Add-on
If you're a Reporting Add-on user, you've got even more room to grow. You can now create up to 300 dashboards (previously 200) and 3000 custom reports (previously 2000).

These updates are now live in new and existing accounts, as of May 19, 2020.
