Use Podcast Transcripts to Suggest Titles, Descriptions & Artwork

The Podcast Transcript Generation feature generates transcripts for both AI-generated audio and uploaded audio using the Apple-compatible VTT format. This new feature frees up time for what was once a very time consuming process and, with the help of AI, streamlines the transcription process. 

 

With a single click, you can generate:

  • Title suggestions with Monthly Search Volume (MSV) SEO data
  • Episode description

Memberships Workflow Templates

You now have access to three new membership templates in the workflow library to help you engage new members: "Send Email to Churned Member," "Send Welcome Email to Newly Registered Member," and "Send Welcome Email After First Login." While all customers with workflow access can preview these templates, their use depends on your Hub/Tier level and whether Memberships are activated in your portal.

Content Remix permissions

The new Content Remix permission lets you easily manage who can view and edit Content Remixes, giving you better control over your content creation process. View Other Tickets from the Same Contact in Help Desk

The new “Other tickets” card shows you any tickets that are associated with the same contact. This provides more context allowing you to provide better personalized, high-quality, and effective support.

Default View for Followed Tickets

You can now access tickets you've followed via the new "Following" default view in the help desk! The "Following" default view provides a centralized place for followed tickets, enabling quick access to relevant issues and eliminating the need for repeated manual searches.

Pre-fill forms using membership cookie

You can now elevate your account management with the powerful new form editor. This feature enables you to design and tailor custom forms for a truly personalized user experience.

Memberships Reporting

Memberships reporting now helps you track registration completion rates and private content access performance. Four new contact properties have been added: Registration Method, Member Access Status, Last Private Content Access Date, and Registered Member Status, enhancing your ability to analyze user engagement.

Search on Ticket Message and Comment Keywords

You can now search for tickets using message and comment keywords in the help desk. This new feature allows you to see snippets of relevant messages and quickly access the exact tickets you need, making your search more precise and efficient.

Colored Object Tags: New limits and new custom object tags

The following enhancements are now available for colored object tags:

  • Colored object tags will now be limited at the portal level, based on the HubSpot tier:
    • Starter plans will offer 20 tags
    • Professional plans will offer 40 tags
    • Enterprise plans will offer 80 tags
  • Colored tags are now available for custom objects (Enterprise plans only)

The new limit of tags can be used across any of the following: deals, tickets, custom objects--with no restrictions at the object level.

Blocked Numbers List

Safeguarding your calling reps from spam and fraudulent callers bolsters your company's security and reputation. With Blocked Numbers List, Managers and Admins can protect their teams from potential spam and calling breaches, while maintaining the highest level of inbound calling accuracy.

Two-Way Invoice Sync for Quickbooks Online

This feature allows users of the HubSpot <> Quickbooks Online (QBO) Integration to sync invoices from HubSpot → Quickbooks and Quickbooks → HubSpot. In addition to syncing invoices, payments applied to invoices will also be synced, whether the payments are created in HubSpot or in Quickbooks.

Two-way invoice sync to QBO is the #1 feature request among Commerce Hub users who are now able to create invoices and payments in HubSpot and have those automatically reflected in their accounting system.
