Additional Properties Available for Custom Views in the Inbox

What is it?

A whole host of new default properties and custom ticket properties are now available for Custom Views in the Inbox. This expanded list of properties enables your team to further organize your inbox by building views based on various ticket and conversation properties.


Why does it matter?

Since the launch of custom views in March 2022, a top piece of feedback was more flexibility and customization with the properties available when building out custom views. Expanding the properties in the view builder allows you to organize your inbox further to support your unique team structure and processes.


How does it work?

HubSpot users will now have over 30 new default ticket and conversation properties, as well as custom ticket properties available when creating new views in the conversations inbox.


To create a view, click on the "Action" button at the bottom of the left-hand navigation sidebar in the conversations inbox and click 'Create a view.'




Some of the new default roperties include (but are not limited to):

  • All four default SLA ticket properties
  • Last contacted date
  • Ticket pipeline
  • HubSpot team
  • Mentioned users

Who gets it?

Custom Views in the Inbox are available for all customers with at least one Pro or Enterprise subscription. There is a limit of 50 custom views per portal. HubSpot-defined views (like Unassigned, All Open, Email, and Trash) do not count against this limit.
