What is Google Apps for Work?
Google Apps for Work is is a suite of cloud computing, productivity and collaboration software tools offered on a subscription basis by Google. While you may not be familiar with Google Apps for Work as a whole, you've definitely seen some of its pieces in action: Gmail, Google Calendar, Drive, Docs, and others. While these products are available to consumers for free, Google Apps for Work adds additional business functionality like domain-specific email addresses and increased storage, at an additional cost.

How does HubSpot CRM Integrate with Google Apps for Work?
The primary integration points between HubSpot CRM and Google Apps for Work are Gmail and Google Calendar. Here's a quick rundown of how the two systems talk to each other.

  • Seamless Gmail sync. Log emails sent from Gmail into HubSpot CRM with one click, so your team spends less time on busywork and more time actually selling.

  • Bidirectional Google Calendar integration. Automatically sync meetings from your Google Calendar into HubSpot CRM, or book your meetings right from HubSpot CRM and they’ll show up on your Google Calendar in real time.

  • Additional syncing capabilities via HubSpot Sales. Build a library of personalized email templates & sales content that you can access right from your Gmail inbox. Schedule emails ahead of time and track email opens and clicks in real time. Gain additional insights about your prospects with enriched inbox profiles. All within HubSpot Sales. Check it out.
