3 Meetings Updates You Won’t Want to Miss...

As businesses grow, so does the need for customization and flexibility. Now you can work more productively with the latest updates to meetings -- all of which bring added customization and flexibility to your day.

1. Custom Event Names

Now you can customize the title of your meetings. Previously, meeting titles would default to: “[Contact Name] and [Meeting Owner].” The ability to customize the title of your meetings brings more context, transparency, and personality to the booking experience.

2. Support for Multiple Calendars

Many of you keep multiple calendars (for example, both personal and work calendars) to manage your busy schedules. Now you can display your meeting availability more accurately by integrating more than one calendar. This update empowers those with a multiple calendar setup to manage meetings effectively.

  • Use the dropdown menu to choose your calendars

3. Regional Settings (Language & Date Formatting)

Previously, meetings was built to accommodate those in North America, with the language defaulting to English and date notation defaulting to the standard for NORTHAM. Now, folks around the world can customize meetings so the language and date notation is consistent with whatever is standard in their region.

Select the language and date formatting for every new meeting link you create:

  • Navigate to SALES TOOLS > MEETINGS
  • Hover over the meeting link you’d like to adjust
  • Click EDIT
  • Language and date formatting options are on page three of the settings wizard (after customized availability)
