I'm trying to analyze on Website Grader the page https://www.famel.pt/pt and the Website Grader can't analyze it, can you help me please?

This is an easy issue to address. You're using the wrong URL: https://www.famel.pt/pt/.

 

you should be using:  https://www.famel.pt/ which is your domain. https://www.famel.pt/pt/ has a path/slug as "/pt" and it won't work on the website grader.

Usually errors with the website grader are due to page speed (see here, here and here) – and it seems like that might be the case here as well, see this test with PageSpeed Insights. It might take the tool a bit too long to complete the test. I'd recommend checking the tips provided by Google and returning to the HubSpot website grader after that.

 

You can also use Pingdom for testing and to receive further recommendations.

 

Lastly, this could also be due to a bug in Google Lighthouse, as experienced by other users.

Thank you for your help @karstenkoehler @caiodonald!

 

Will add the reply in English as well. It looks like their site isn’t allowing our system to access their page, we get an error status code we are probably getting caught up in some anti-bot protection on the website. At the moment we don’t have a recommendation for how to work around that, I would recommend reaching out to your it team @ELobato to check any antibot protection.
