Workflow based on a stay of X days

We have a problem to create a WF that would allow us to automatically define a stay according to certain criteria.

Here are the conditions :

- Customer booked a stay of at least three nights (3 nights or more)

- Booking date is at least three days before client's arrival 

What criteria should we used ? We can't find a solution with the criteria end/start date ( no way to say "3 nights or more")

The hubspot support suggest exactly the same as @CSaute , and it matches perfectly with our needs 🙂 
I must admit that we didn't really know about this possibility offered by hubspot (property with delay). This feature is great!

Hi! 
Just an idea : what about creating two calculated properties (use the "delay" type of calculated properties) : 

• end date - start date to calculate the number of nights booked
• start date - booking date to be sure they booked at least 3 days before their arrival

And then use those two numbers as triggers for your workflow?
