Form - Once closed & reopened, freezes on GDPR text

Hello! 

Have embedded HS forms into website. For the majority of mobile users (have tested Chrome) and some desktop users, if a user : 

> opens form

> closes form 

> reopens form,

the form becomes frozen on GDPR text rather than display the full form. The full form appears at the bottom of the page. 

Page example  : https://brigad.co/fr-FR/entreprises/ (form : 'Estimer le cout d'une mission')

Is anybody able to help solve this? 

I found 2 potential solutions, could it be one of these?

Merci d'avoir posté dans la Communauté! 

I tested it on my end and I couldn't reproduce until I did - and I realized it was once i was accepting the cookies from the cookie banner. I reproduced again in incognito: Before accepting the cookies > I see the whole form; and once I accept the cookies, and click again to see the form I see only the GDPR text. 

Not sure what exactly is the issue here and if the threads you found would help.

@tjoyce @Jake_Lett do you have an idea what could be done here?
