I followed the instructions to create the first chaflow to have a livechat on the homepage. Everything goes well till the end, an error message appears and finally the test doesnt work, I don't receive any test message in my box, and no live chat on my website : https://prnt.sc/tuxl41
I tried again directly on my Hubspot account, it was the same error. Then I wrote to one of your colleague to try to help me on your own livechat. I tried again with a private navigation and also after cleaning cookies/caches. Still the same error.

From what I understand, you tried to create a chatflow via the WordPress Plugin, and then again within HubSpot and you get the above error messages, is that correct?
Would you mind sending me a screenshot of the error within HubSpot, as well as explaining what exact steps you are taking before getting the error message?
The more screnshots and explanations we have, the easier it will be to troubleshoot this.
