Hello, with Apple's new privacy policy, we can no longer track clicks in most users' emails. When customers click on "Validate" in our double opt-in email, the information can't logically go back into hubspot !? We have a whole process in place to track and store the DOI validation date, and we don't send newsletters to customers who haven't validated the DOI, so this is a real problem for us. Is there a solution so that we can continue to track and acquire Apple customers?
I had a look at this with the team and I can confirm that the Apple new privacy policy impacts the opens but not the clicks, which means the Double Opt In process shouldn't be impacted by that. You can find here more information on the changes and how to handle it.
