Hello, I would like to create a knowledge base and link it to a chatbot that would make it possible for our visitors to type a question and to have Hubspot recognize keywords and offer a couple possible answers with links to the KB page.

I would suggest to you to go through the second option. By using the chatbot, you can lead your contact to some choices after asking the appropriate question. And in this case, you might leave a choice like "Take a look a help center" for other questions.
