At this time, the new forms editor does not currently support Ticket properties. For now, only Contact and Company properties can be used. To use Ticket properties, you need to use the original editor.

Use Default & Custom Ticket Properties - Capture details needed to create and manage tickets, including custom fields tailored to your business.
Incorporate Ticket Properties in Multi-Step Forms - Collect ticket-related information across multiple steps for a smoother user experience.
Leverage Conditional Logic & Redirects - Dynamically show relevant ticket fields based on user inputs and control form submission behavior with conditional redirects.
Why does it matter?
Tickets in HubSpot are used to track and manage customer requests. With this update, you can now add ticket properties to forms created in the new forms editor and collect ticket information directly through forms.
How does it work?
To build a Support form that includes ticket properties, you may choose the "Support form" template to get started or add existing ticket properties from the properties side panel, or add fields and connect them to existing properties.
You have to connect a form with ticket properties to a Help Desk or an Inbox.
When a form with ticket properties is submitted, it creates a ticket in the connected Help Desk or Inbox. You can see this setting under the "Submissions Settings" for the form.

Would also like this feature on the new form builder! We are building out ticketing for our internal departments but need the ability to add in multiple layers of logic. The legacy form builder only allows one layer of conditional logic but the new form editor allow for multiple. Since the new form builder doesn't accommodate ticketing properties at this time we are not able to create forms for ticketing that allow for multiple layers of logic.
Instead we need to create separate forms for each request type which is hard for our team to keep track.
