I'm planning to set up a workflow to identify and create tasks for sales reps for unengaged leads. Does anyone have suggestions or examples of effective workflows to prompt sales reps to engage with unresponsive leads in a timely manner?

I've created a workflow that assigns a Task to a user based on a selection. The Task has a 7-day reminder set. So, what I am wondering is if I've gone about setting up the follow-up to the task properly.
