Is there a way to set a workflow that automatically tags/notifies a HS user in every single note created in every single contact file?

Hi @AnnCS,

No, this is currently not possible, unfortunately. HubSpot doesn't have any activity-based workflows, meaning that it's not possible to trigger a workflow everytime a note is created.

If you want a solution that immediately notifies users about a new note, you'd have to look into third-party automation like Zapier and use the 'New engagement' trigger from the HubSpot triggers, followed by an notification action: https://zapier.com/apps/hubspot/integrations

Alternatively, you could set up your own solution based on the HubSpot API.
