We currently use Asana to manage our software implementation project plans because we can assign tasks to our customers and they can communicate directly with the implementation specialist when they have questions or issues. Has anyone used Hubspot Projects to manage implementations of external solutions? How do you handle task allocation externally? How do you handle communications with external and internal stakeholders?
I'm a HubSpot fanboy but HubSpot Projects is only useful if everyone you are working with is a user in HubSpot. When I worked at HubSpot we used it to onboad customers and it worked well, but if you want a comprehensive project management tool I'd stick with Asana, Monday or one of the many other tools out there.
