How to create a custom Breeze Assistant with Confluence as the source
SOLVE
Hello,
Has anyone had any success in creating a custom Breeze Assistant that uses content directly from Confluence? It looks like I can only use the Confluence for Breeze with the native Breeze Assistant.
I want to build an assistant just for my help desk, and do not want to have to upload PDFs into the assistant, seems to defeat the purpose of efficiency. Any ideas or if this will be possible in the future would be appreciated .
At the moment, Confluence can only be connected to the native Breeze Assistant, not to custom assistants. Custom assistants in Breeze rely on knowledge vaults, where you upload PDFs, HTML, or CRM content, but there’s no option to directly pull from Confluence.
The Confluence integration is specifically listed as an add-on for Breeze Assistant (HubSpot Ecosystem).
HubSpot’s docs on knowledge vaults confirm that custom assistants are limited to uploaded files and CRM sources (HubSpot Knowledge Base).
So for now, the only way to bring Confluence content into a custom assistant is by exporting or syncing via API, though HubSpot may expand external source support in the future.

Thank you so much for the confirmation. I do hope that we will be able to use Apps/API for custom Assistants in the future. Truly, thank you for sharing your expertise.
