Hey HubSpot Community,
I’ve been exploring ways to make on-page SEO analysis faster and more accessible — especially for marketers who don’t want to switch between multiple dashboards or paid tools for every little check.
In the past, we’d manually inspect meta tags, headings, and links using DevTools or third-party platforms. But now, browser extensions are changing that completely.
Here’s how these small tools make a big difference:
✅ Instantly show meta titles, descriptions, and heading structures ✅ Detect missing SEO tags without leaving the page ✅ Count internal/external links in one click ✅ Offer AI-powered insights for better optimization
Some handy tools you can try:
SEO Minion – for quick on-page checks
Keywords Everywhere – for keyword data
Detailed SEO Extension – for in-depth tag structure
RankingsFactor – a lightweight Chrome extension I built to analyze any webpage instantly
I’d love to hear how others here handle quick SEO audits. Do you prefer extensions, built-in HubSpot tools, or external crawlers?
Let’s share tips — maybe we can compile a list of must-have SEO productivity tools for marketers.
Hey @HChauhan6 As someone in a more tech-role related to marketing I generally find "SEO checkers" to be quite misleading and often cause marketers to focus on building content to check every box in an SEO tool instead of building content for their target markets. How would your tool help customers focus on building for leads instead of crawlers? You mention "SEO Minion – for quick on-page checks", often automated checking tools such as page insights provide scary looking warnings that a customer can't control. For example "disable render blocking resources" which really can't be done in a managed hosting solution like HubSpot. Would you tool help provide more context on these or omit these?
