Forms for partners

We are looking for an integration where we can create complex forms to manage details on partners.  It is not lead capture for marketing but something we use internally where are team will fill out different forms based on different types of partners to capture important data on them.  So this is more about capturing company data and not contacts.  For example we may have strengths and weaknesses of partners, what we like about them, business models, etc.  So far, all the form builders seem to mostly sync with contacts and not companies.  We also prefer that the partner has a portal themselves as we don't manage a company online portal.  Thanks in advance for any ideas

This can actually be done with HubSpot forms. Forms support company fields, removing all contact fields means that HubSpot will create or update a contact record:
