See below. We have noticed a slow down during common outlook operations including lag times when generating a new email or even just typing.

Did you see this thread: https://community.hubspot.com/t5/Email-Outlook/Issue-with-Outlook-Add-Inn-very-slow-speed/td-p/3558? It has some tips for how to resolve this, as well as a link to a beta program. It might be worth looking into.
