outlook app not load automatiquely anymore

Hello

Befor when i send a mail, the app open alone and sent the mail to the CRM, but not i have to open it manually wich every mail that it open and send the mail to the crm!

Not find how to make it work again?

Have you tried to uninstall the extension and install it again? 

If this doesn't work, please let me know
