outlook add in vs cci

Hello, The outlook version I have is too low to put the outlook add in, does putting an automatic cc to hubspot in emails from outlook would do the same as the add in ?

Hi @mmlabels,

Using your HubSpot CRM BCC address will allow you to log emails in the CRM. However, you will not be able to track opens/clicks on your emails as the HubSpot Sales add-in is needed for that functionality. Your BCC address is formatted: [Your Hub ID]@bcc.hubspot.com
