office 365 emails sent trough 3rd party

Hi Hubspotters,

we are working with an administration tool which is connected with office 365 to send emails. these emails show up in our office 365 send items folder but do not show up in hubspot.

i have connected the mailbox with hubspot, and "normal" emails from this account are being logged. Does anybody know if there is a way to log these emails from the 3rd party as well?

When using a third-party tool to send emails through Office 365, these emails might not automatically log in to HubSpot. To address this, ensure your Office 365 integration settings in HubSpot are correctly configured. You can also use HubSpot's BCC address to log emails manually by adding it when sending emails through the third-party tool. If these steps don't work, you may need to check for a native integration or use custom development with HubSpot's API.
