we are working with an administration tool which is connected with office 365 to send emails. these emails show up in our office 365 send items folder but do not show up in hubspot.
i have connected the mailbox with hubspot, and "normal" emails from this account are being logged. Does anybody know if there is a way to log these emails from the 3rd party as well?
