hubspot sales addin not connecting - console error

the icon shows up on my outlook (classic) after I performed an admin install of the addin into my MS365 but only for my account since no one else is currently using hubspot ( which is the free version ). Below is the Error that shows up in the window.
That error usually means the HubSpot Sales add-in is struggling to load — often because of how it was installed or a browser issue behind the scenes (Outlook uses Edge/IE in the background).
Since you did an admin install just for yourself, try removing it and reinstalling directly from the Outlook Add-ins store under your user account — that usually fixes it.
Also make sure:
Outlook isn’t running in compatibility mode
Your browser settings aren’t blocking scripts (Edge/IE-related)
If it works in Outlook Web but not desktop, it's likely a local issue with the Outlook client.

I am able to install as an end user to my outlook as well as an admin install. I have tried both with the same results. I am removing the Admin install ( the current install ) and reinstalling via my outlook again.

I have uninstalled the Admin installed add in and then restarted everything - I then installed the plugin as a user. and I am still seeing the same issue - it is just not allowing it to connect.

Thank you - I have uninstalled and reinstalled this serveral times now both through the outlook addin store as well as administrativly at the tenant level. unless there are things that are not needed with other such integrations in outlook I feel that I have covered all of the bases with regards to following the instructions on installing the outlook addin. This is not working with the web based version of outlook either. But the error given is not very detailed. only a message that says there was an internal error.
