how do I stop the sales bar showing in every email

I have always had "show contact profiles" unticked as I find the sales box unecessary and just takes space in each of my mails.  Recently this box has been opening again every time I replky to a mail, how do I get rid of it other than closing it in every single email?

Thank you for your reply.  That's not what I'm after, I have these boxes unticked:

but recently this irritating box on the right appears with every email.  I would like to get rid of it without having to close it on every single mail.  Any suggestions?
