filter deals to log

Hello,

this is my first entry in the forum. sorry in case i messed something up or did not find it.

we are using the sales Tool integration in Outlook to log Email to Companys, contacts and Deals.

Our Sales Stage has the buckets won and lost.

If a deal is lost or won i do not want it to show up in the outlook integration as an option to log.

Now we can handle it since we do not have more than 2-3 deals per customer. But in a few month or years i will not be able to chose which of the 20 deals which sound similar i wanted to log the email.

I could not find an option in the outlook plugin setting.

As far as I know, this is currently not possible. You can however request this from the product team by submitting your post to the HubSpot Ideas section of the community. It's monitored by the product team. Suggestions are evaluated based on their popularity.
