error linking Microsoft 365 account

SOLVE

Hello

we are trying to link our M365 account to the outlook app, but wee are getting the following error:

 

com.hubspot.office.exceptions.OfficeUnauthorizedException: No token available for [inboxId:0,email:user@domain.com,inboxType:OUTLOOK365,errorType:Optional.empty,useGraphApi:true]. There was an issue yesterday when trying to connect Outlook emails as personal and team inboxes - you can find more information here. This should be resolved so you should now be able to connect your inbox!

Hi,  A few users in my team receive the disconnection notice every now and then. A few don't. The most recent error received is below:

This was received on Sun 28/01/2024 2:07 AM Austrlian (Brisbane) time. Was there any techincal issue on HS side?

 

Can you please advise on this?
