e-mail open tracking not working
I've noticed that none of my outgoing e-mails have been opened since yesterday evening (I use the outlook plug-in). I thought it odd when a few e-mails should have gone to typically responsive individuals and I was surprised they hadn't opened them.
I tested sending e-mails to myself to both my personal gmail as well another exchange e-mail I have. I logged in and opened the test e-mails in my other accounts and hubspot still has them marked "unopened". Any way to really figure this out and fix this?
