contact detail not showing in 365 addin

Using 365 outlook hubspot sales addin on outlook webapp (not desktop) and the contact detail ('view contact') is not showing any detail for the contact of the email that is selected in outlook. Anyone else having this problem? My colleague is also having same problem.

As well as this if i edit contact fields it copies the what i put in to first name (for example) in to every field! Wierd!

When i check the webpage version of hubspot all contact detail is there as expected/normal.

@JonDobson  Hey Jon! I just tested on my own o365 web version and had no issues. If you and your colleague are both experiencing it then it is likely a network issue. I would recommend you both clear your brower cache from all time and relauch your o365. If that does not work, let me know 🙂
