Hi, I have a user who previously had the add in installed but it stopped working and disappeared from the ribbon in Outlook. I have tried to reinstall and although Outlook adds the add-in, it is not enabled and when I try I get the below error: Lire la suite

I have notice that the meeting scheduler allows people to schedule meetings on days when I have an "all day" event marked on Outlook. Is there a setting I'm missing? This is causing issues

I don't have any extensions on my taskbar, the HubSpot Outlook extension is definitely installed, I checked personally, but I can't find it on the ribbon bar. Any advise?

We integrated our outlook with HS. When someone creates a meeting it could automatically can seen at Hs. However right now I couldn't see the meeting outcome (done, cancelled etc)? Do you know a way to automate it?

I've seen several threads about this and still cannot find a solution. The extension consistently allows my team to log emails on the relevant Contact and associated Company, however, in most cases, there is no checkbox option to log the email on Lire la suite

Me and my team have been plagued by a reoccuring issue of being logged out of the hubspot add on constantly. What is causing this? Is it new outlook, is my IT security too stringent. Any help would be awesome 🙂
