Has there been any update on this? We have the same problem using outlook where an email has been forwarded. It then logs to all contacts, creating multiple irrelevant records.

Can't seem to log into the Sales Add In on Firefox using Office 365 Mail browser. Works in Chrome. Clicked Login, entered my credentials in pop up window, but nothing happens.
