Hi there, we have recently changed our email hosting from IONOS to Office365. Since doing this, we can receive but are unable to send emails from hubspot. They are sending and receiving in Outlook fine. I am wondering if it is to do with t read more

How to turn off automatic ticket creation when Hubspot tracks and logs emails?

We have a specific problem - loging emails from outlook to hubspot, however we don't want a new Ticket to be created everytime we receice an email to oulook. How to solve this?
