Should outlook show you your emails sent from within hubspot? Mine is not which isnt great when I need to see what I sent to who within outlook... Cheers.

Hi Sometimes when i send a mail from hubspot, the reply from the client dosent show up in their thread. I can see the reply i recived from them i outlook, but it doesent show in Hubspot? Why is this, and how to fix it?

We have been testing whether we could forward inquiries sent to an organizational email (help@[ourdomain.org]) and have them create a new HubSpot contact. The help@[ourdomain.org] is redirected to one of our HubSpot users, who then forwards it Leia mais
