Should outlook show you your emails sent from within hubspot? Mine is not which isnt great when I need to see what I sent to who within outlook... Cheers.

Hi Sometimes when i send a mail from hubspot, the reply from the client dosent show up in their thread. I can see the reply i recived from them i outlook, but it doesent show in Hubspot? Why is this, and how to fix it?

Our email is set up with Outlook and everything works well as far as sending and tracking opens / clicks. But when it comes to logging in received emails, neither BCC nor Forwarding is being logged. I know that the emails are being sent but Hub 続きを読む
