How do I uninstall Sales Tools from Outlook Desktop? All the posts and threads and instructions and whatnot I can find are about the Sales add-in, not Sales Tools.

I have this same issue with the Outlook add on, using Outlook Exchange server. The Hubspot Sales login box opens blank. The trouble shooting article doesn't seem to cover this eventuality.

Are there plans to support tracking in the new Outlook for Mac? I'm trialling HubSpot at the moment and that is the critical feature I need working. I'm not going back to legacy Outlook though. Thanks!

I find this absolutely insane. Once you log an initial email, there is no way at any point to stop the automatic logging of replies in the chain? You can't select or unselect an option to stop processing the rule? How is this possible? Can someone a read more

I received an email from my coworker that I then forwarded to contacts and attached the BCC Hubspot email to this new email, as I wanted to create new contacts for the contacts I forwarded the email to. Hubspot did not create the new contacts. read more
