app not working in office365 outlook (using chrome)
SOLVE
The reading pane is turned on, but I do not see the same layout as in the screenshots on the link you sent. The article says, make sure hubspot is not grayed out. Well, I cant see hubspot at all.
When I click on the nine dots in the upper left corner, I can see all the apps available and hubspot is one of them.
When I click on hubspot, I get to this screen, which tells me, that there is a problem and that the app is not configured correctly. It says the log in url for hubspot is not defined.
