Wrong contact name assigned to all outlook emails

Hubspot is assigning the wrong contact name to all emails I'm sending from my outlook email account. 

When I review emails in the hubspot web application, all my emails say they are from one of my client contacts. They have her name listed, but when you look at the actual email, it has clearly come from me. When I look up her as a contact, it has her correct details and has me as the contact owner. It doesn't appear to be having any impact within outlook, but it looks super strange within hubspot. Can someone help me to six this please?
