Woud you like us to remember you Bug

SOLVE

In HubSpot for Windows extension, I keep getting logged out and when  I log back in and do 2FA the next screen asks if I want to be remembered on this device. The only problem, is I can't scroll down to make a selection and no matter how I try to modify the window I cant get it to change size or scroll further down.

SOLVE

We just worked it out! 

 

If you hold CTRL and scroll out on the box, it Zooms out and then you can click "Remember Me".

We just worked it out! 

 

If you hold CTRL and scroll out on the box, it Zooms out and then you can click "Remember Me".

Could you please try to uninstall the extension and installed it again?

Just tried and got the same result after 2FA

Thank you @CL5 could you please try sign in from incognito window? I will like to discard cookies and caché issue.

This is the HubSpot for Windows Application for my desktop.  I'm not sure what you mean.

Thanks, @CL5, I understand. Could you please try to log in by going to an internet browser and see if that way you can sing in? If it does not work, I will need that you please record and DM me a video to see the steps you are following and check possible solutions.
