I am running Office 365 in the Outlook Desktop. Should I use the Office 365 add-in OR the Hubspot Sales Add-in? Currently I can save a contact from Outlook and email. However I cannot:
1) see the email history
2) see my Outlook diary items in HS against each contact
After a long session with Microsoft Office 365 Business Premium support, the issue has been resolved. A long story so I wont go far into it other than to say that it was a combination of a Chrome browser cache issue and a Microsoft Office 365 licensing issue.

Thanks but this does not really help me. I want to know which (if any) add-in addresses the issues flagged in my original request email. I uninstalled the add-in I had and tried to install the Office 365 one having checked the Outlook is "click to run" and I get the following error:
Is it possible to guide me to the right Hubspot person/channel to get this sorted?
