When you Pin the app, the Hubspot add-in window overlap the preview pane of Outlook

I want to make sure I have the Add-in window always open when sending e-mails in Outlook. For that I "Pin"the Hubspot app. But then on the main screen of Outlook the add-in window ovelap the preview pane from Outlook. See attached picture.

Actually the pane is correctly size and adjusted when you minimize the navigation pane in NewOutlook.
Not ideal as I switch very often through multiple Mailboxes.

You can manually adjust the width of the HubSpot add-in pane by dragging its border. This can help minimize its impact on your preview pane while still keeping the add-in accessible.

While it’s important to keep the HubSpot add-in open for your workflow, you might need to toggle it off occasionally to view specific emails fully. You can quickly reopen it when needed. Please,  ensure that both Outlook and the HubSpot add-in are up to date. Sometimes updates include improvements to the user interface that can resolve issues like this.

Hi Pam,

Thank you for your response. On my setup using the latest version of NewOutlook and latest version of Hubspot add-in on Windows 11 Pro, there is no way to resize the Hubspot Add-in pane.
